AUTOMATIC CONTROL BOX
Control Box – The VUL-CON Switchgear Box is the most advanced
control system in the world. Incorporating controls for 2 platens.
Splice data can be stored and recalled through the built-in data
logger.
PRESSURE SYSTEM
Signature RUNNING "Pressure Bag" uniform pressure system is lighter
up to 4 times than the outdated pressure bag.
The pressure bag can reach full expansion in one time and ensure
the uniform pressure up to 3.0MPa.
HEATING PLATEN
Heating Element – Silicone Rubber heaters with wire-wound elements
provide excellent physical strength capable of withstanding
repeated flexing without compromising the life and performance of
the heater.
COOLING SYSTEM (Option Available)
Custom "Extruded Plank" cooling system within platens is made by
several cuprum pipelines, it only takes about 20mins to drop the
temperature down to 60°C.
PRESSURE PUMP
Automatic mute pressure pump own the features as smaller size,
lighter weight and high impact-resistance. Compared with the manual
pump, the operating pressure can be 23kg/cm2 (2.3MPa).
Product Application
1. Steel Cord Belt Intermediate Rubber is an uncured rubber for hot
vulcanized belt splicing.
2. It is designed to use as an inter-core cord rubber replacement
material in splicing steel cord conveyor belts or a tie gum in
fabric belts.
3. The material is designed to bond to cured intercore rubber and
wire cords in all standard grade steel cord conveyor belts, as well as fabric belt cured skim rubber and general bond
improvement material for general grade fabric conveyor belts.
The ZLJ sectional has uniform pressure bag and aluminum/steel bolt
and high grade aluminum platens and beams with restraining system set as standard. Such belt splicing system designed to be
portable and easy to set-up and remove from the site.
We can manufacture to all sizes and pressure up to 200 psi required
for different fabric belts and steelcord belts.
